Black Cactus

A tequila cocktail made with Black Sheep Blanco, Lime Juice, Club Soda, Prickly Pear & Jalapeno Puree. Served over ice.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Black Sheep Tequila Blanco
• 1 Tablespoon Prickly Pear Puree
• ½ Fresh Squeezed Lime
• ½ Teaspoon Jalapeno PureeTop with
• 2 oz Club Soda
• Roasted Gusano Salt Rim

Glass & Garnish

• Double Old-Fashioned Glass
• Lime Wheel

Method

Rim Glass with Lime and Apply Gusano Salt Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into the glass Top with club soda and lift the mix with a spoon to the top.
